It’s such a weird feeling to feel at one point you were alone in your depression and anxiety. And then, all of a sudden, the entire world gets on board with how you usually felt and are working hard in therapy to get away from. The question “How you doing?” has never felt so loaded. Because truly we all should be answering with “Not well and….20 minute diatribe about the world”. But imagine being in a funeral doom or sludge band or depressive black metal band and finally the world catches up to you? Must be so verifying. If everyone was smart they would be listening to Dystopia as we speak!

I’m so happy because for the first time in my life my lyrics actually match the state of the whole world I thought I was so alone in despair and existential dread but now everyone verifies my entire musical output and I wasn’t wrong.

Finally.
I can smile.
